Upload Atlantic salmon SNPs (Ssal_v3.1) to see which lie in open chromatin or an active regulatory element in 21 AQUA-FAANG tissues and stages, change a protein, or sit in conserved sequence. Each SNP gets a tier from 1 (strongest) to 4 (no evidence found), with the evidence behind it.
